Florals are the most well known and popular types of pattern in the swimwear world but they are also one of the hardest to redefine and reimagine. Rosch is a talented designer though and their latest collection, including this sun dress, is a great example of their talents. They have re-evaluated the basic elements of the floral tradition, and have given this design something that florals have always lacked, breathing room. The white background would normally be filled with colour and every inch would be used, but this dress is different. The backdrop highlights the remaining motifs and colours, meaning that with every inch that has been left in a crisp white makes any remaining inch seem three times as powerful. It is subtle and yet incredible at the same time.
